Hello friends, I've just pushed a new release candidate of Incremental to PyPI:

I'd appreciate it if someone could review the release here: https://github.com/twisted/incremental/pull/79/files <https://github.com/twisted/incremental/pull/79/files> but if nobody does this in a timely manner (a few days) I'll push the red admin button and send the update to PyPI, since Twisted has been relying on incremental trunk in CI for the last year, so the lack of a release is a bit of a circumvention of the spirit of the code-review process, even if it adheres to the letter :). -g
