I think that we are ok.
The most important data was migrated to various GitHub repos.

The only thing that wast lost is our custom Twisted based DNS.
This is how I found out that the VM was down.

No. And I don't have time to chase this.
But I don't think that we need the Azure account.
And from what I can see, there wasn't much love for  Azure within the
current Twisted devs.

If at any time you or someone else thinks that we need a VM or container to
run Twisted itself, I can donate those resources from my Azure
subscription, or Vultr cloud or other clouds.

I migrated Dornkir to an Azure VM since I didn't had time to do the GitHub
issue migration, so it was need for Trac.
But by now, Trac was decommissioned, so we should be ok.
