Hey Steve, I gave it a quick update. Didn't run anything with it but did run it through the pytest-twisted tests which is the closest thing we've got to a test suite right now. Give the master branch a try and let me know how it goes for you. I haven't thought too much about it, but I would probably release this as qtreactor if we get to that.
