On Ubuntu 16.04 twister stops downloading the Blockchain if I enable
"Generate Blocks" before the chain has finished, tried this twice by
clearing out the "./.twister" directory.
At one point twister presented the "Block chain is up-to-date, twister
is ready to use!" message but only showed 120 blocks in the chain.
