I've figured out most of what I must know to customize the nav bar --
it's EXCESSIVELY DIFFICULT to customize the nav bar.

http://visualwave.com/bootstrap/mls-fluid2.html -- see this example

I can NOT figure out where this gray bottom border comes from -- does
anyone know how/where to figure it out?? It's not in the styles for
container or nav etc. etc. in bootstrap.css -- and I did not find
anything in responsive.css...I'm using css etc. from today's repo...

Also, upon reducing browser window size, how do I:

1) have the image be replaced by text?? -- which classes do I look
at??
2) change the color of the black nav thing?? (which classes do this
color??)

Otherwise I'll have to go with Foundation...much easier to customize.

It would be nice to know how to center the brand and nav content
regardless of browser size. Someone suggested offsetting by span etc.
but that does not work for me...

Thank you, Tom
