Placing image in Hero-Unit

I wanted to place an image background in the Hero-unit. No problem,
except now the responsiveness isn't resizing when on a smaller screen
(mobile phone etc). The image stays the same size so the text and menu
system doesn't collapse. I'm sure I'm missing some variable I need to
change or add. I'm a newbie at this so any help would be great. Thanks!
