Bootstrap  tries to provide a starting point for most websites. Charts are
pretty specialized and most people probably won't need them.

And you shouldn't try to reinvent the wheel. Instead, look for existing
API's (like Google Charts) and try to customize/style those plugins to fit
within your bootstrap project.
