I am trying to find a good way to recreate a search form that has multiple inputs laid out like this:

I've tried with both spanned divs and a table.. the best I've managed to come up with so far looks like this: https://skitch.com/hhubris/8wbmh/jacket-list Not very good. Does anyone have a sample of how I could/should go about laying out this type of form with bootstrap? Thanks in advance Tony
