Ok, I fixed it.

That was because of the responsive styles we're being set before adding a 
padding to the body (because of the nav bar).
When the browser window becomes smaller, the responsive styles kicks in, 
and in that case you don't need to set the body padding.

The correct order to declare the css styles is:

   1. bootstrap.css
   2. custom body padding
   3. bootstrap-responsive.css

The code is the following:
