Just want to add something

I placed the login form into my nav bar. Took some work but I got it
looking good - however the submit button does not look great. I have
the class form-inline in the nav and I want to give it some top
margin, however it does not want to play nice as it makes the whole
nav bar fatter. I know why this happens but I can't get around it. I
have tried using padding too no luck.
