Hello I`m using bootstrap to make the navigation for the site.
When i put the links to an element ID inside a lenghty page ,it doesn`t work until I scroll the page and sometimes it doesn`t work at all. Usually you would link to an ID like this <a href="#subject">Subject</a> ,this doesn`t work until i scroll the page. Any help would be appreciated.
