hi, im not a frontend dev, but now i need a airbnb like layout, like: - fixed navbar - fixed header after u scroll down for a bit - fixed left sidebar (fixed after scrolling) + right side content - content: on top of all that, i want the hero unit to be a fixed thing too, (map-placeholder) so that the item list underneath it is scrollable
