Modal at mobil device

I created my website with bootstrap and used the modal to "pop up" a modal 
there they should register. But now I'm testing with my tabelt (7") and my 
Ipod touch (3.5") and the modal isn't working. Is there a other method then 
a modal for the mobil user?
