Often the identifiers are only small parts of the software, so I guess
it should be much easier than renaming everything. For example,
woopra.com is using bootstrap and it is not recognized by wappalyzer
as bootstrap. So they must have changed something to prevent it. I
want to hide such identifiers for security and competition reasons.
