I've looked at loads of Bootstrap designers and add-ons. Bootstrapdesigner.com is (IMHO) the best around at the moment. You can, quite literally, have a bootstrap website up and running in about 1/2 hour with this design tool - it's well worth getting into and very very simple to use. (BTW I have no affiliations with the product).
