I've never used Google Checkout, but I guess this is a style conflict, and 
you might be able to resolve it by applying Twitter Bootstrap only to the 
elements that are "yours".

You would basically recompile the whole framework wrapped in a class that 
you would use to apply bootstrap.

You can also combine this technique with a light version of Twitter 
Bootstrap that would not break the cart. You can download css components of 
the (css) framework on the download
