What do you mean with integrate?
You can have a folder with a project. And if you add your bootstrap folder 
you can open the files with sublime, but if you mean that you want 
auto-completion and that kind of stuff, you will need a plugin, i dont know 
if there is one for that.

You don't need to purchase the code editor to have extra functionalities, 
just to have a license, avoid the alert to buy the license and support the 
developer
