I am really at a loss here as to why the title would show up but none of
the content? Also even though I have placement:top, it is really
reproduced on the upper right corner.
In my personal example I have to put all the text into the title section
which is a very poorly formatted hack. I have tried numerous versions of
popover including most of the quailifiers in the html section, most in the
script section. Many of the SO examples don't work for me.
