Hey,

I have a design that has a left menu that "overlaps" the margin so it looks 
like it joins on to the main content of the page. A screenshot is attached. 
What is the best practise in this case? Should I put the menu in a grid and 
the main content in another grid and then use CSS to extend the length of 
the menu so it overlaps the margin?
