The easiest way is with CSS. Give the div a class (let's use myBg) Then, in 
CSS declare something like .myBg {background-image:url:"my_image.jpg"; 
background-repeat:no-repeat; background-size:contain;}. You can place this 
in either the head of the document if it's only on that page, or in a 
separate stylesheet to avoid duplication.
