Using bootstrap.css (only scaffolding and 'base css' - 'headings body etc',
i think) and bootstrap-responsive.css page comes up with about 30% extra
whitespace to the right (for 130% total).
I have really only used the 'row-fluid' 'spanX' and 'offsetX' classes.
The only CSS of my own currently active is
<style>
#headimgdiv {
background-image: url('images/red2.jpg');
height: 300px;
}
</style>
And uncommenting jquery.js and bootstrap.js has no effect.
