Have you tried absolutely positioning them? .thumbnail_button 
{position:absolute; bottom:0px} should do it (obviously, fix the 
names/numbers accordingly). This is a useful trick, and it works because 
you can do absolute positioning inside a relatively placed div (which the 
thumbnail should be).
