In the bootstrap.js files provided by Joomla in the /media/jui folder, we've made a couple of hacks to deal with the mixed MooTools and jQuery environment. Looking at your site, it looks as though the bootstrap.js file being used is part of the T3 framework, not the one shipped with core. So, there's a chance those same hacks aren't present.
Try installing a test instance of Joomla and using the default template, see if you can reproduce the issue. If it works fine with the defaults, odds are then that T3 needs to look at either using the core distributed bootstrap.js or hacking it the same we did in core to get around MooTools and jQuery incompatibilities.
