I'm using Bootstrap 3RC1

I'm struggling to work out the best approach and was hoping for some
insight into what people are doing.

I want a background color on the body and then the container(s) will be
mostly white.

so i have added some extra class tags to my container divs which makes them
white.
but the rows overflow the container by 15pixels left and right due to the
negative margins.
which is kind of ok until i want a background colour (like a well) on the
first or last column.
this makes the column butt up against the body background.

So my current solution is to put a div or something inside the grid cell
and give that a bit of margin.
But that means my columns are not equal width.

I also thought about using borders to add the pseudo padding to the
container elements.

Any thoughts or comments appreciated

Cheers

Kris
