Thanks for letting me about the link on mobile device, I tested it locally
and it works fine. I notice the problem is from themebulk as they have all
web page files inside an iframe which is causing it not to scroll but the
responsive works. I just sent them a message.

As you can see the default site for Twitter Bootstrap has been replaced and
they provide a download link to the v3 which means its ready to use.

The post is more about the differences in the versions rather than how it
work :)
