Hi Lucija, Learning LESS will make your UX/UI design life significantly easier! if you can take the time to learn it I would because then you can build up re-usable mixins and chunks of LESS files you can share across multiple projects internally.
I'd really recommend doing this rather than sticking to the straight css route. There are some great LESS compilers out there just wondering what development environment you guys use there so I can suggest a good one? i.e. are you a .NET house, ruby etc windows/mac?
