Renoir, what I was thinking was about the <a> element, with its href="#" attribute. It would make any child element clickable, no? But, of course, not with the desired effect to what I was trying to accomplish, I think. Anyways, of course you're right. A little jQuery function would do the trick perfectly.
A junior Front-End developer/integrator mistaken thinking. I finished school 1 year ago (College Maisonneuve, eCommerce website development) and I still have to find myself a job as a junior. I lack the exposure with more experienced collegues. Learning by myself from the net goes so long. It's tough to keep up in this fast and ever evolving sphere. Anyways, thanks a lot for your help here. :) Yves Chaput yveschaput.com 514-993-6432 2013/8/26 Renoir Boulanger <[email protected]> > It's a pleasure Yves, > > But I have a lingering question about what you said: > > (…) > > a CSS component that might have permit to render the whole navbar element > completely clickable. > > (…) > > This is what made me react as to make something *do* something… is in the > realm of JavaScript, not CSS and that's why I suggested you to create an > event listener to make what you want. > > Unless you wanted to change the cursor style even though it is not > clickable. > > Regards, from montreal :) > > Renoir Boulanger > Frontend & Software developer > > https://renoirboulanger.com/#is > ~ > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to a topic in the > Google Groups "twitter-bootstrap" group. > To unsubscribe from this topic, visit > https://groups.google.com/d/topic/twitter-bootstrap/EAoGwWuDECU/unsubscribe > . > To unsubscribe from this group and all its topics, send an email to > [email protected]. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/groups/opt_out. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "twitter-bootstrap" group.
