Hey everyone, I've been receiving quite a few reports lately where users are experiencing issue with requesting the timeline. I've asked for log reports, and each and every single one of them includes the following:

The only thing that concerns me is that I don't know whether other clients are experiencing the same issue -- I'm thinking not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Frank
