Hello,

The "from web" is called a source in Twitter developer jargon. Check out the FAQ at http://apiwiki.twitter.com/FAQ for information on getting your own.

Thanks;

I'm trying to fix a custom User Agent for a long time, using the API
in PHP and Curl.

This is my script:

<?
               $curl_handle = curl_init();
                curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_URL, "$url");
                curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 2);
                curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
                curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_POST, 1);
                curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_USERAGENT, ' *Flog
(http://www.
17031986.nl)');
                curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS,
"status=$message");
                curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_USERPWD,
"$username:$password");
                $buffer = curl_exec($curl_handle);
                curl_close($curl_handle);
                }

?>

I want to add the custom user agent, but if i post a message (which
works), Twitter says the user agent is "via web" instead of my custom
agent. Does anyone knows the answer? Thanks!
