You may be re-inventing the wheel here as there are several
sites/applications that do similar things.

TweetGrid http://tweetgrid.com/ can do this, just setup a grid
corresponding to your particular concert search needs and project it
on a wall....

Or, you can take the widget http://tweetgrid.com/widget/ and customize
the heck out of it for your needs:
see http://obamapath.com/ as an example of somebody using the widget
in an unique way...

Of course, the needs of your client may be very specialized, and I'm
not suggesting that what's out there already will fit perfectly with
those needs, but it might be worth exploring some existing solutions
first.
