[twitter-dev] OAuth Error: 500 & Does Not Authorize

I'm new to OAuth. I cannot for the life of me get clicking on
"AUTHORIZE" to AUTHORIZE my application. Does NOT show up in my
connections tab... But I did a last HTTP code and I get a 500 error.
Thoughts? help?
