I do remember running into this a few days ago but assumed it was a random occurrence.
I did just replicate the issue though by: Log out of twitter. Go to http://twitter.abrah.am and start authenticate process. Provide username:password to twitter and authorized. go to https://twitter.com/ in a new tab and log in. You are then redirected to /oauth/authorize. You should probably add an issue to issue tracker.
