As far as I know, no, there isn't a favorite count for tweets. Issue #459 [1] was opened for this reason, but has since been closed as WontFix because twitter.com doesn't have this functionality (yet). It seems sites like Favrd [2] crawl the favorites of users individually, then aggregate the data to show which tweets are most favorited.
