Hi Our production server (that serves thousands of Twitter users) is recently getting many 'connection refused' errors from Twitter.
We use multiple IP addresses (all white-listed). This happens on different requests http://www.twitter.com/statuses/friends_timeline.xml http://www.twitter.com/direct_messages.xml http://www.twitter.com/statuses/show/{status_id}.xml and more. I've read that Twitter will need more details (ip, request, time) and would love to send those details, just prefer not on this open forum, so, where can I send that to? Thanks, Micha
