Both web and client. The end goal is to just have a resource devs can quickly check to see if there's an API or service available to use.

Also if you want me to add categories, I'd can add anything else people would want to know.

When you say apps, do you mean web apps, or client apps? TTYtter has its
own API for plugins. I suspect other clients do as well.
