I don't see this in the documentation but it would simply return the # of lists on which a user is included similar to how you can easily get userID, location, etc.
In the meantime, what is the best way to get that data point? All I can see is maybe creating a count function of the results from "Get List Memberships" though that's a lot of unnecessary overhead.
