I saw a post from 2008 about getting unused accounts released to developers and was wondering if the method is still just to email Alex Payne or if there is a streamlined method now? The account i am trying to get was only used for 2 days with 5 tweets back in august 2009 and i tried emailing the account holder back in December about buying or trading the name and got no response.
