I have asked this question once, but I did not see it posted. Is anyone aware of how long approval requests to api@ are taking recently?

I requested it twice last week (once via email and once via support ticket cos the ticket # the email issued back "could not be found")... I have received no response. Is there anyone out there that can help? Thanks! Jann Gobble MouseAddict
