If you are after the tweets of the user that have been favorited, then that is not available from the Twitter API. It is available from other sites (not through an API though) such us a website I have build: http://favorious.com For example http://favorious.com/people/bpglobalpr shows the tweets from BPGlobalPR that have been favorited.
