Alex set Witty up as an application for us a long time ago, but it's not associated with our Twitter accounts so we can't set up OAuth. Alan Le (@a7an) originally worked with Alex on this. I've taken over development (@jongalloway).
We're obviously in a rush to get OAuth set up before basic auth is shut off.
