As documented, the followers/id call, returns the following structure:

<id_list>
     <ids>
          <id>30592818</id>
          <id>21249843</id>
          ... truncated ...
     </ids>
     <next_cursor>1288724293877798413</next_cursor>
     <previous_cursor>-1300794057949944903</previous_cursor>
</id_list>

Except, that when I call it now (post oAuth requirement), and ask for
json, it returns a flat structure with only the IDs. What happened to
the next_cursot, previous_cursor.

FYI, for the past half hour or so, I have been getting twitter out of
capacity messages.
