I've seen so many people talking about this but i want to ask directly, why does facebook come up with "Twitter is over capacity" when trying to connect facebook to twitter? I'm a developer myself and I honestly can't seem to figure out why this happens. And it's annoying because i can't connect them. >.>; But my original point stands; Why?
