Romanizing a viable option for these languages?

Hi Zhe,

At present the Streaming API is unable to match filter keywords for
languages who do not separate words or phrases with spaces.
This is because we currently tokenize (split) Tweets around spaces and then
match the filter keywords you pass to those words.
