Hey Thiago, Technically, the limit is account based (each account may create only one standing connection to the Streaming API). Why would you like to start multiple connections from the same IP? What is your use case? Remember it is not allowed to get around limits in statuses/filter (or statuses/track). You should contact us if you need a higher access level :)
