Scouting through the API docs, I see notifications/follower, and I see methods to get a list of ID's, but I am not seeing how I should implement determine who is new following me. Do I get the ID's and store them locally, and then the next time I get the ID's see if there are any additional ones?
Also, how do I follow back a user once I know a new user has followed me?
