I am using THTTPCli for link checking and a user reported this problem: "I am getting a few of the following Error: Address already in use (Error #10048) while doing link checks. Most occurs while checking for the jpg, pdf, ppt links. I repeated a few times the same batch file and I am getting a different # of these errors in the reports. Which means the reporting of these errors are not consistent."
Any ideas? I have not seen this myself or had other reports of it.
