Because the SESSION ends it unloads itself, I dont wish for it to unload and I 
really dont wish for the session to end.  I dont see a way to keep the session 
active, unless I am missing something.

Hey, one moment - you load the dll, init it, call some code stored in it,
deinit, and unload on each connection?
