Have a look at the WebServ sample program. See the procedure 
TWebServForm.CreateVirtualDocument_Template. In this procedure, a request is 
processed to produce a dynamic page based on a HTML template. In the sample, 
there is no database stuff, but this doesn't change anything: instead of 
using DateTimeToStr, simply query your database to get some value to fille 
the templace.
