As it clearly state in the release notes, GZIP support is not automatically supported: add HttpCCodzlib to your project for GZIP compression support, and set httpoEnableContentCoding in Options to enable it But this is all irrelevant if your HTTP server ignores the gzip header and does not compress content in the first place. I will be adding Z Mode to the ICS FTP server when I have a moment, but was not planning on changing HTTP server, mainly because my applications mostly work to IIS/5 with a GZIP ISAPI.
