Normally, yes.

Since components are Delphi code, you may need to load Delphi as well. When
I built the package I had Delphi and BCB personnalities loaded.
You can create a shortcut to load Delphi and BCB together:
"C:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Bin\bds.exe" -pDelphi,CBuilder
